all of heidis soaps have a piece of her heart.. but fij has a bit more than the rest... a soap should be so lucky! this bar is packed full of muds, clays, and a patchouli mint essential oil blend that is out of this world. fij is pretty much 3 bars in one—and the result is a soapy powerhouse of goodness. We cannot get enough of it. This bar has even made us smile on the way to the shower. No kidding. 

fij was formulated to have an abundance of creamy lather and a high superfat percentage, which results in one uber bar of soap! Have a read on the special notes to see why Heidi loves fij so much!

all bodygoodies soaps are made with a base of natural, sustainable, and organic plant and vegetable oils. often including but not limited to - olive, coconut, apricot, sunflower, safflower, castor, mango butter, shea butter, palm fruit oil. we also use beeswax in some of our products. clays and botanicals: bodygoodies uses only the very best quality clays and botanicals sourced from all over the world. In some of our soaps you will find a variety of clays and botanicals known to be beneficial to skin such as rhassoul clay, french green clay, rooibos tea, australian pink clay, calendula, australian black clay...etc. 

muds: we know skin, and we know mud is good for it. we dont mind a little mud while we get clean and we dont think you will either. we use only the finest spa quality, raw muds available. 

essential oils: all bodygoodies soaps are made with top shelf essential oils. Heidi has one heck of a nose and sniffs out the best essentials she can find. We use a variety of essentials in our soaps and leave the blending up to heidi.

exfoliants: sometimes you want a little, sometimes you want a lot. bodygoodies has a variety of exfoliating soaps with different scrubbing potential. From our super gritty sand and pumice, to our middle of the road rough dead sea salt and ground coffee, to our mildly exfoliating clays and muds. We are sure you will find the right exfoliant for you. 

colorants: bodygoodies does not use any micas, FD&C, or any sort of manufactured dye colorants to get our beautiful aesthetics. All colors are naturally occuring from the beneficial ingredients used, such as clays, muds, or botanicals. 

some of our favorite key ingredients:

Patchouli Oil: the cicatrisant and cytophylactic properties of patchouli makes it ideal to promote and stimulate new cell growth, as well as assisting with the healing of wounds, while preventing the formation of ugly scar tissue or keloids and helps to calm inflamed skin as in the case with acne, eczema and problem skin. The astringent action of patchouli tones and revitalizes the skin, while its diuretic action removes any excess fluids from the tissue. Its antiseptic action not only helps to cool down inflamed skin, but also helps to sort out the source of the inflammation.

Rhassoul Clay: contains higher percentages of silica, magnesium, potassium, calcium and other trace minerals than other clays. These minerals make the clay highly detoxifying as they can actually exchange themselves for toxic compounds like metals in the skin. So, the clay not only works to remove impurities from your skin, it also replaces them with nourishing trace minerals. The clay's high level of ion exchange makes it ideal for toning and enriching the skin.

    i have *always* done some crazy wash, tone, moisturize routing followed by some other facial creams and powder or foundation...per heidi's orders, i wash with this and this only followed by one of her serums and that's it! my skin is so clear i dont even wear makeup anymore

    I just love this soap. It lathers up a storm and it smells wonderfully earthy and fresh. The texture is exceptionally nice, too. and, as in all of bodygoodies soap...looks yummy enough to eat!

    OMG!! Just stepped out of the shower after using fij. I am sure my water bill is going to be higher because I didn't want to get out of the shower. Fij turned my shower into a little slice of heaven. Thanks Heidi for another great soap. I now have 5 or 6 favorites.

i love my bodygoodies!
